A Work+Collective Impact Analysis

Based on convenings with experts, stakeholders, and practitioners, this report from the Bipartisan Policy Center examines how Federal Work-Study (FWS) has been used by states, institutions, and the federal government to support work-based learning. It identifies key barriers to scaling these efforts and explores how targeted changes to FWS could address challenges and expand access to meaningful, high-quality work-based learning experiences.
