Review the Emotions List before conducting empathy interviews.
Share the Emotions List with the participant when prompted in the Empathy Interview Guiding Questions.
Ask the participant to select the emotions that best reflect how they are feeling or have felt.
Allow participants to choose one or multiple emotions as appropriate.
Use the selected emotions to support synthesis and insight development.
