Career Skill Badging for Student Employees
Image

Description
Microcredentialing and badging are growing areas of interest as students and their families seek a tangible return on their investment in higher education, and as employers seek graduates ready to work.
At the University of Denver Office of Student Employment, we implemented a structured badging program for student employees to train in the NACE career competencies and prepare to talk with future employers. In this session, we will share outcomes, challenges, and lessons learned to apply in your own skills badging programs.
