How to use this resource

Empathy is essential between working learners and supervisors. Supervisors and working learners experience things much differently. It is important to bridge the gap between the two to improve teamwork. Building empathy between supervisors and working learners can help you to understand each other better and work better together.

There are multiple ways these prompts can be used. The goal of them is to start a conversation that creates empathy. They can be asked by supervisors at 1 on 1s or they can be created into cards and be used similarly to the Work+ conversation cards.
